Returns & Exchanges

• We are not responsible for any package lost in transit.
•   We do not except Returns, but we will EXCHANGE the product if it meets the following requirements.

1. Items are only eligible for exchange within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Items must have all tags and be in the original, unwashed and unworn condition. No smells, make up or deodorant stains of any kind.

• All items are subject to being rejected for exchange. 
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Yazel's Flower and Gifts is only a pick up location, do not take any exchanges into Yazel's.
